What we offer the Investor
Our investors must qualify as wholesale or eligible investors (see further information here.)
Since commencing business we have generated a return to investors of between 7.5% and 10% interest per annum with first mortgage security. (when trading banks have been offering between 2% and 6.5% on one year deposit). Second mortgage returns have been 2% to 3% above this.
We generally accept funds for a minimum of one year, but are flexible.
